Currently working as a freelance consultant specializing in Agile Transformation and Change Management, I previously served as the Agile Practice Head at LTIMindtree, Bangalore, India. Before joining Mindtree, I held the position of Group Leader at Geometric Limited. With an extensive career spanning 29 years, including 24 years in the software industry, my professional journey has been both diverse and dynamic.
I began my career in IT as a developer, focusing on desktop and web development using Visual Basic and ASP technologies. Over time, I transitioned to Dot.Net, eventually taking on the role of Project Manager. Progressing steadily in my career, I rose to the position of General Manager at LTIMindtree, where I led the Agile Practice.
Passionate about Agile Transformation and Change Management, I am deeply committed to being hands-on, implementing and guiding organizations to realize the full potential and benefits of these transformative changes.
