Born on 9th September 1972 in Calicut to Mr. Moses Mathew Cheeran and Mrs. Jane Helen, I was raised in Kerala. I completed my early education and undergraduate studies in my hometown and went on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala, during the years 1990-1994.
My career began in the mechanical industry, where I gained five years of experience in areas such as plant erection and steel plants. In 2000, during the IT boom, I transitioned to the IT industry, working with several multinational companies in Bangalore. I continued in the IT field until 2022, eventually holding the role of Agile Practice Head (General Manager) at LTI Mindtree. I then made the decision to leave my full-time position to establish my own training organization, focusing on Agile, Lean, and Change Management.
Currently, I reside in Bangalore with my wife, Mrs. Sujatha Salil Cheeran, and work as a freelance consultant specializing in Agile Transformation and Change Management.
